Dear Sirs: I just wanted to commend the staff at the San Jose main office and airport office on their exceptionally fine service to Connie Zack and me. Carlos at the main office and Rolando at the airport office were especially helpful. Rolando suggested I wait at the main office because it was more comfortable than the airport and I could use the internet there. Thanks to the internet at the main office, I received an email that my Connie's flight would be delayed by almost 5 hours. That meant it would be impossible for us to get to our original hotel on the coast that night. Carlos went out of his way to arrange for another hotel, to get me there to wait for my friend, and to call my husband to let him know of the change of plans. What could have been a very unhappy first day in Costa Rica turned out great. I'd recommend San Jose Dollar Rent A Car to anyone.
